YOUR RESUME IS BEING SCREENED, NOT READ
75% of Resumes
Never Reach a Human
Why Recruiters RejectBefore the Interview
These are the signals recruiters check in the first pass. Most candidates fail on multiple counts without knowing it.
Typos & Grammar Errors
80% of recruiters reject resumes with typos — it signals a lack of attention to detail.
One-Size-Fits-All
Generic resumes with no role-specific tailoring get filtered out before a human sees them.
No Quantifiable Metrics
Listing responsibilities instead of measurable accomplishments. Recruiters want numbers.
Non-ATS Formatting
Tables, columns, and graphics that break automated parsing. Your resume never gets read.
Unprofessional Email
Signals carelessness before they read a single word of your experience.
Wrong Length
Too long or too short — not calibrated to your experience level or industry norms.
Unexplained Gaps
Employment gaps without context trigger instant screening flags.
Objective Instead of Summary
Outdated format that wastes the most valuable real estate on your resume.
Irrelevant Information
Hobbies, old roles, and filler that dilute your professional signal.
Exaggerated Claims
Inflated skills or titles that fail verification or reference checks.
These aren't opinions — they're the same screening criteria recruiters use in the first 10 seconds. CVPanda checks your resume against all of them before you hit apply.
This Is Not aWriting Problem
The issue isn't your experience or how you describe it. It's that your resume wasn't built for the system it goes through.
What you think the problem is
- My resume needs better wording
- I need a fancier template
- I should try to "stand out" more
What the problem actually is
- Your resume is rejected by a system before a human sees it
- It's missing the exact signals recruiters are scored on
- It wasn't built for the process it actually goes through
A resume isn't a story about you. It's an input to a decision system. Recruiters don't read resumes — they scan them against a checklist. If the signals aren't there, no amount of beautiful design saves it.
Audit First. Rewrite Only If Needed.
CareerOMeter screens your resume the way a hiring team would — then tells you exactly what to fix.

1. ATS Scan
Checks formatting, parsability, and keyword alignment against real ATS systems.

2. Deep Scan
Evaluates professional dimensions recruiters actually score: quantification, progression, leadership, and more.

3. AI Writing
Only after the audit is clear. Targeted rewrite based on detected issues — not generic AI polish.
Most tools start with writing. We start with diagnosis. You get a verdict before anyone touches your content.
Built on How Recruiters Actually Decide
Our scoring isn't a black box. Here's what we evaluate — the same way hiring teams do.
ATS Compliance
Does your resume parse correctly? We check format, structure, and keyword match against actual ATS engines.
Bullet Quantification
Recruiters look for numbers. We measure bullet-level quantification: revenue, scale, time, team size.
Career Progression
Are you progressing? We evaluate title trajectory, scope expansion, and leadership indicators.
Skill Alignment
Do your skills match the roles you target? We map technical and soft skills against standard job families.

I have 10 years of experience working at large companies, but recently I noticed I wasn’t getting any replies to the emails I sent with my CV. I honestly thought my CV was already good — I even tested it with several AI tools and kept getting decent scores. When I tried CV Panda, I expected another high score… but instead, the app asked me a lot of detailed questions and pointed out important things I hadn’t included. It didn’t just rewrite content — it guided me on what to write and where each piece of information should go. This isn’t just an AI writing tool or a CV template generator. It feels like an HR professional reviewing and coaching you step by step. After applying the feedback, my CV improved significantly, my score went up, and I’ve already started seeing real results from those changes.

I was pretty confident in my resume — I’d been in marketing for years and never had trouble landing interviews before. I only signed up out of curiosity, honestly. I skipped all the onboarding questions and jumped straight to the analysis just to see what it would say. That’s when it hit me. The report flagged things I had no idea were problems — zero quantified bullets, vague descriptions that said nothing specific, and formatting issues that were apparently making my CV harder for ATS systems to parse. I went from ‘my resume is fine’ to ‘there’s a whole layer of improvement I didn’t even know existed.’ I spent an hour reworking it using the suggestions, and within two weeks I had three interview calls. Honestly wish I’d done this sooner.

I was skeptical at first because I’ve tried other CV tools that just spit out generic templates. CV Panda was different — the suggestions weren’t always perfect, but they sparked ideas I genuinely hadn’t considered. Things like how to frame a career gap, or how to describe freelance work so it reads like progression instead of instability. I took them as a starting point and tailored everything myself. The craft mode made it easy to edit directly without losing my voice. Ended up with something much stronger than what I started with, and it actually felt like mine.

Very honest experience, I tailored my CV and it helped me rewrite to be more professional and raised my ATS score. It still misses some ui updates for the resume generator but overall it was good experience. The AI asks you specific questions about roles you worked in to help itself write detailed action points you have done in your previous positions making your cv look more honest and robust.
